Products and images

We do our best to show every product accurately. Colours and small details may look slightly different depending on your screen.
Glassware can have tiny natural variations from piece to piece — this is normal and is not considered a defect.
Products sold as sets (Set of 6 or Set of 12) are priced and delivered as a complete set.

Prices

All prices are in Egyptian pounds (EGP).
The delivery fee, if any, is shown at checkout before you confirm your order.
We may update prices at any time, but the price you see when you place your order is the price you pay.

Orders

After you place an order, our team will contact you by phone or WhatsApp to confirm it.
We may cancel an order if a product is out of stock, if the delivery details are incomplete, or if we cannot reach you to confirm. You will be informed if this happens.
You can cancel or change your order for free before it is shipped by contacting us.

Payment

Orders are paid cash on delivery. Please have the order amount ready when the courier arrives.

Delivery

We currently deliver all over Cairo and Giza. Delivery times and fees are explained on our Shipping & Delivery page.

Returns and refunds

Returns, exchanges and refunds are covered by our Refund & Returns policy.

To the extent permitted by law, Glass Hub is not responsible for indirect losses resulting from the use of our products or website. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under Egyptian law.
