We want your glassware to reach you quickly and in perfect condition. Here is everything you need to know about delivery.
Where we deliver
We currently deliver all over Cairo and Giza. If you live outside Cairo and Giza, contact us and we will let you know what we can arrange.
Delivery time
- Orders are usually delivered within 2–4 business days after confirmation.
- Business days are Saturday to Thursday, excluding public holidays.
- Delivery may take a little longer during busy seasons and holidays — we will always keep you updated.
Delivery fees
- The delivery fee is shown at checkout before you confirm your order.
- Delivery is free on orders over 1000 EGP.
Order confirmation
After you place your order, our team will call you or send you a WhatsApp message to confirm your order and delivery address. Please make sure your mobile number is correct.
Payment on delivery
You pay in cash when your order arrives. Please have the order amount ready for the courier.
Safe packaging
Every glass piece is carefully wrapped and packed to arrive safely. If anything arrives broken, contact us within 48 hours with a photo and we will replace it free of charge — see our Refund & Returns policy.
If you are not available
If the courier cannot reach you, we will contact you to arrange a new delivery time. If we cannot reach you after several attempts, the order may be cancelled.
